October 19 through November 15
Seeking new hats, mittens, gloves, & scarves for adults and children

The Alliance is collaborating again with Gather, the community nonprofit fighting hunger in the Seacoast, to provide the gift of warmth to food insecure families. With the rise in heating costs and other household expenses, Lisa Vivinetto, Alliance cofounder and Vice President, anticipates that this year's needs will surpass last year.
We are collecting donations of new hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves for adults and children. The items most needed are warm gloves and mittens for adults.
Here are three ways to give:
-
Purchase (or handcraft) items and drop them off at the designated collection site.
-
Order items using the Amazon Wish List to have the merchandise shipped directly to the Alliance for Greater Good.

3. Click on the Donate Now button and the Alliance will shop on your behalf.
You can drop off items from now through November 15 at the Senior Activity Center, 125 Cottage Street or the YMCA at 555 Peverly Hill Road, both in Portsmouth, NH.
Alliance volunteers will pass out donated items to families receiving Thanksgiving meals at Gather's annual holiday food distribution event.
