Share the Joy
November 21 through December 12
Holiday Card Writing Campaign
The Alliance is once again inviting community members to write personalized holiday cards to their elderly neighbors that live in assisted care facilities. Volunteers, which we fondly call card-writing elves, are assigned ten to twelve residents along with a fun fact about each resident. We ask our elves to provide the holiday cards and to write the heartfelt messages, and we will take care of the rest.
Cards will be due back to us by December 12. We will sort and deliver the cards to the facilities.
Detailed instructions and assignments will be emailed to volunteers within one to two days of submitting the Elf Duty Sign Up form.
Help us spread joy, hope, and love this holiday season and show our elderly neighbors how much others care about them.
If you have questions, email us at email@example.com.
Thanks for your interest in Share the Joy. Registration is now closed. We will distribute cards received in the upcoming days.
