Fundraising Goal- $1,500
One in four children in the U.S. experience bullying at school on a regular basis — teaching kids to be kind to everyone, even if they're different, and to stand up to bullying when they see it, turns them into brave and kind adults.

Kindness helps your own mental health.
Help us fund our September 2023 Lantern Festival, which is family-friendly, community event and fundraiser for the Seacoast Mental Health Center. This event is part of the Portsmouth NH 400 celebration. Our event's theme is "Illuminating 400 Years of Community Kindness." During the festival, participants will buy, decorate, and launch biodegradable lanterns at dusk on the South Mill Pond in Portsmouth, NH.
Our Giving Tuesday goal is to raise $1,500 to help cover event-related expenses. Donations of any amount are welcomed. A generous donor has offered to match every dollar donated, up to $1,000. What a great opportunity to double your kind donation.
In addition to making a donation to support the Lantern Festival, you can make an "unrestricted" donation. The Alliance will use unrestricted donations to support other event costs and administrative fees.
Together, let's ignite community kindness and improve access to mental health services.
