This Thanksgiving season, our community once again came together in a powerful way through Share the Warmth. At Gather’s Thanksgiving food distribution event, we were proud to offer 750 families the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of new hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, and socks.

This year’s event was made possible through remarkable generosity. We extend our deepest gratitude to:
Ocean State Job Lot of Portsmouth and Stratham, for their generous support
The Hidden Outlet of Portsmouth, for their donation of hats and gloves
Timberland, for their substantial donation of socks
Seacoast Newcomers Club Knitters and the Portsmouth Senior Center Knitters, for their beautiful handmade items
And last but certainly not least, our wonderful community who donated adult and children’s winter accessories, contributed funds, or took the time to knit a special piece. We are especially grateful to the YMCA and the Portsmouth Senior Center for serving as donation drop-off sites.
Thanks to this incredible combination of monetary gifts and donated goods, we were able to provide 2,800 winter items to help families stay warm in the months ahead.
The need in our community has been especially high this year, and your support ensured that families could enter the winter season with comfort, dignity, and a true sense of care.
To every donor, partner, volunteer, and supporter:Â THANK YOU!.Your compassion continues to make Share the Warmth a beacon of hope during challenging times.
